For sale 2004 34’ Chariot at 136 South St. backing up to the wildlife preserve.  This will be our last season at Upriver. Therefore we could do the closing in April. There has been no hurricane or water damage during the 13 years we have owned. We have an elevation certificate, have a termite inspection and bi-monthly contract with Florida pest control.
