1998 Skyline 35' x 12' Park Model on the West Canal overlooking the Caloosahatchee River.  This unit has a 17' x 10' enclosed Lanai and a 5' x 29' side addition all with Heat and A/C. 

This unit comes fully furnished, including an outdoor shed, a 2015 Samsung 55" TV and a 2015 Samsung 32" TV.  

In 2017 Vinyl Plank Flooring installed.  In 2019  a New A/C installed.  In 2021 Pilings for the dock were reinforced, wrapped & encased in concrete, a new Hot Water Heater, a new side by side Kitchen Sink, as well as a whole house Water Filter.

In 2022 New A/C duct work installed, New Washer & Dryer.  2023 Spray Foam insulation under the the unit, new skirting, new roof shingles and a skylight.  2024 a New microwave installed.
