1993 36 foot Chariot park model with an add on Lanai/screen porch in 2015 on the West Canal.  This park model has a 2014 Bryant HVAC with new duct work in 2024.  Sprayed in insulation,  new flooring throughout, new cabinets and countertop, new stove, refridgerator and washer/dryer, new shower, sinks/cabinet in bathroom, leveled and repaired hurricane straps in 2023.  Antibacterial and mold spray in 2022.  A new roof in 2019 with repairs and dew skylight in bathroom 2023.  A 20 gallon water heater in 2017.  The dock was repaired in 2015 and new composit boards in 2021.   This unit also has a small work/tool shed.  

The park model is furnished and as is, except for black futon on lanai, patio furniture, certain wall hangings, decorations and personal items.
