Upriver RV Resort is conveniently located at 17021 Upriver Drive in Fort Myers, Florida on State Road 78 (FL-78). We are 1 mile west of State Road 31 (FL-31), 1.5 miles east of Interstate 75 (I-75), Exit 143, or 8 miles east of US Highway 41 (US-41).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRICING TERMS

Rates are subject to change at anytime. Please notify us prior to making your reservation if you will be using a camping discount or coupon.

No coupons will be taken between Sept 1 thru April 30th.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED SEPTEMBER 1ST thru APRIL 30TH FOR ANY REASON

No coupons on any Holiday weekends.

Extended stays will be charged on a daily or weekly rate.

Departure time is 11 a.m. (Late check outs are charged $10.00/hr)

Check-in Arrival time is 1p.m. and no later than 8 p.m.

NO refunds or Pro ration of rates after arrival for early departure. Upriver RV Resort reserves the right to rent your site upon early departure with no credit to your account.

Rates are based on a Maximum of two guests that register at the time of reservation. All additional Guests must register at the office prior to stay (receive wristband). There is an additional Guest Charge for friends and family using Upriver Facilities or spending the night. Maximum stay for Guests is two weeks.

GENERAL TERMS

                                                                                                                                        UPRIVER IS AN ADULT COMMUNITY   

It is the responsibility of Guest to review the Terms and Conditions of Reservation and Rules and Regulations as they exist from time to time as made available by Upriver RV Resort whether on the Resort Website, or by request of Resort Management or Otherwise.

Recognizing that many older well-maintained RV's, motorhomes, 5th wheels, and travel trailers provide the same high-quality experience as new models . Therefore by eliminating RV age restrictions it allows us to welcome a range of travelers, embracing the unique character that comes with every vehicle ,regardless of its age, as long as it is in great condition and meets Recreational Vehicle Industry Association specifications.

We are reducing our minimum length to 26 feet for Class B Motorhomes, vans and travel travel trailers.

No Tents, Pop Up Campers, Truck Campers, Skateboards or Hoverboards of any type are allowed in Upriver RV Resort.

CANCELLATION POLLICY

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED SEPTEMBER 1ST THRU APRIL 30TH FOR ANY REASON.

No show and No cancellation will be subject to a charge equal to full amount of reservation.

 ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SENT EMAIL TO      CANCELLATIONS @UPRIVER.COM           PRIOR TO SEPT 1 TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND MINUS ADMINISTRATIVE FEE.

Reservation cancellation not deemed approved unless Upriver accepts the request in writing.

Monthly Stays: refund will be less $200.00 administrative fee.

Weekly Stays: refund will be less $100.00 administrative fee.

Daily Stays: Refund will be less a $50.00 administrative fee

No proration of rates or refunds after arrival for early departure for any reason at any time of the year. Upriver RV Resort reserves the right to rent your site upon early departure with no credit to your account.
